IMPORTANT!
If your bill remains unpaid after the 20th day of the month, a $100 non-refundable fee will be applied to your account and your service will be disconnected for non-payment.
If you make the disconnect list, you must contact our office to obtain your Total Amount Due plus the $100 non-payment fee prior to remitting a payment and having service restored.
If disconnected your total amount due must be paid in full before 3:00 p.m. to have your services restored the same day.
Paying online or by phone may not prevent service interruption. If you are unable to pay by 3:00 p.m. and want your service restored the same day an additional $100 after-hours fee will be added. The after-hours fee must be paid in our office by 5:00 p.m. for your service to be restored the same day.
